 Acknowledgement: All orders are acknowledged in writing. Any changes to an order must be acknowledged in writing before proceeding with the order. Purchase order number and contact information must be provided.

Artwork:

• VECTOR artwork only - files in AI, EPS, or PDF   (BITMAP files, METAFILES, or PAGE LAYOUT files will not reproduce with quality). Properly made PDF files from VECTOR files  are acceptable. For screen or pad printing (spot color printing), or laser engraving, Vector art is required with type outlined with solid colors only, no halftones or gradients.

• All artwork is subject to factory approval.
• Art modification: $75.00(G) per hour, 1 hour minimum. Artwork that requires modification may add additional time to production.
• Typesetting : $31.25(G)

Cancellation: All cancelled orders will be charged a cancellation fee of $32.00(G), plus at least 50% of the total order amount. 

Changes: Changes to a purchase order must be acknowledged in writing before VisionsXtra Promotionscan resume processing the order.

Drop Shipment: Drop ship charges do not apply. A drop ship address list by email, in an approved Excel format, must be submitted no later than 5 business days prior to scheduled ship date.

Imprint Information:

• Setup: $39.00(G) for a 1-color/location imprint (screen/pad print or laser engraving).  Setup for all writing instruments is $50.00(G) for a 1-color location imprint (screen/pad print or laser engraving).  Setup for Scroll Writing Instrument (VX-6040) is $95.00(G) for a full color image. Setup for Tote and Able products are $79.00(G) for a 1-color logo, and $175.00(G) for a full-color logo.  Setup for the Tea Can Company is $62.50(G) for a 1-4 color logo placed on stock design, and $120.00(G) for a fully custom label.
• Additional Color/Position/Imprint: $39.00(G) setup, plus run charge. Run charges vary by item.  Refer to individual product page on the website for applicable run charges.
• Repeat Setup: $20.00(G) per color/position/imprint. Repeat setup for all writing instruments is $43.75(G).  Repeat setup for Scroll Writing Instrument (VX-6040) is $95.00(G) for a full color image.  

Go Vibrant Digital UV Printing: This cutting-edge technology prints 1-color, multiple color and full-color process logos, with gradients or half-tones, including photographs, directly on to a large selection of VisionsXtra drinkware.

We offer 2 processes, Go Vibrant and Go Vibrant 3D, giving logos a raised 3D look and feel.

Production time is 5-10 business days from art approval, depending on the quantity ordered, decorating process and scope.  Production times may vary on production capacity. 

Go Vibrant: A standard imprint area is provided.  This area can adjusted for wrap and full-wrap and larger logos, with additional run charges per square inch.  Refer to product page for specific standard imprint area.

Setup: $50.00(G) per position – one time setup.

Standard Run Charge: $1.50(G) per piece/per position up to the standard imprint area.

Additional Run Charge (for wrap, full wrap or large logo): $.20(G) per square inch over standard imprint area, per piece/per position.

Go Vibrant 3D: Maximum imprint areas are provided.  Logos must stay within those measurements.

Setup: $80.00(G)– one time setup.

Standard Run Charge: $2.25(G) per piece up to standard imprint area.

Free Fulfillment: Free fulfillment is available at no charge for all VisionsXtra Promotions’ in-product and overseas orders, and includes product insurance, storage, picking, and packing. A $6.25(G) handling charge per master carton applies. For additional fulfillment services, please contact VisionsXtra Promotions.

Over/Under Policy: All orders are subject to a 5% over run or under run of the ordered quantity. To ensure exact quantity shipment, an exact quantity fee of $35.00(G) applies.

Personalization: Item dependent and laser only. If available, add $.70(G) with one name/line engraved, plus $39.00(G) per personalization list.

PMS Color Match: No charge. Some item, including silicone items require specially formulated inks that may cause imprint colors to slightly vary and cannot be an exact match.

Pre-Production Samples: $15.00(G) per color/position imprint, plus applicable setup charge(s), the cost of the item, any additional run charge after included run charge, and freight charge(s). After receipt of the pre-production sample, additional setup charge(s) may be incurred if changes are made to the original artwork supplied. A pre-production sample can add 1 to 4 weeks to delivery, call for details.

Prices:  All prices are subject to change without notice.  Pricing on VisionsXtra Promotions website prevails.  VisionsXtra Promotions is not responsible for errors and omissions by on-line research tools.

Returns: VisionsXtra Promotions must be notified within 15 days from receipt of shipment of any shortage or damage of goods. Returns will not be accepted without written authorization, and a return authorization number, assigned by VisionsXtra Promotions. The return authorization number must appear on the outside of any packages for all returned merchandise. Un-imprinted merchandise must be returned within 30 days from purchase date and is subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus the cost of any damaged goods.

Rush: $62.50(G) when rush service is available. Proofs may have to be waived. Please contact customer service for specifics on your order. Rush service is not available for writing instruments and in most cases, retail brands.

Sample Policy: Blank or Random samples up to $10.00(Z) are billed at no charge. Over $10.00(Z) will be billed at EQP. All retail branded items are billed at first column pricing with no sample allowance. Random samples cannot be returned for refund. Blank samples over $10.00(Z) can be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase provided product is returned in re-sellable condition, as determined by VisionsXtra Promotions, in all the original packaging in which the product was received.  The customer is responsible for freight to ship the product back to VisionsXtra Promotions.  A blank sample order of 4 units of more of the same item, over $10.00(Z) each, is considered an order and applicable pricing applies.  Freight charges apply.

Speculative samples: Speculative samples are billed at EQP with a $39.00(G) set-up charge.  Spec samples for retail brands are billed at the first column price, plus setup.  The cost for an additional spec with the same item and method of imprint (up to four units without an LTM charge) is the cost of each item. Each additional item is billed at EQP (first column price for retail brands).  If an additional imprint method is required, there will be an added charge of $39.00(G) setup, plus applicable run charge per color/location per unit. Should the speculative sample result in an order, a repeat setup of $20.00(G) per color/position/imprint applies. Freight charges apply.

Self-Promotion: 20% off EQP.  Retail-branded items are 5% off EQP. Set-up and freight charges apply. Minimum order quantities apply.

Virtual Samples: Free.

Un-imprinted Merchandise: No deduction.

Less Than Minimum:  $50.00(G). One half of the lowest quantity is absolute minimum for imprinted products. Less than minimum is not available forretail brands.

 Pre-Production Proofs:

• Paper Proofs:  One paper proof with one revision provided at no charge. Each additional paper proof/revisions is $12.50(G). Written approval must be returned within 24 hours to avoid production delay. A paper proof may add up to two days to delivery.
• Pre-Production Samples: $15.00(G) per color/position imprint, plus applicable setup charge(s), the cost of the item, any additional run charge after included run charge, and freight charge(s). After receipt of the pre-production sample, additional setup charge(s) may be incurred if changes are made to the original artwork supplied. A pre-production sample can add 1 to 4 weeks to delivery, call for details.

Refills:  All pens come standard with black ink refills. Many pens can be upgraded to blue ink refills. Please contact VisionsXtra Promotions for specific refill information.

Shipping: All shipping weights shown in this catalog are approximate. There is a $6.25(G) handling charge per master carton, and a $10.00(G) third party account shipping fee, F.O.B. Celina, OH, or Los Angeles, CA., item dependent. All orders are shipped UPS® or Fed EX® unless otherwise requested. Larger shipments are via common carrier. Factory does not assume responsibility for carrier delays and cannot be held responsible.All shipments outside the United States incur a $25.00(G) documentation fee per location.  Contact name and phone numbers, including city and country code, must be provided.  All international shipments must be UPS or Fed Ex.

Standard Production:Depending upon the product, standard production is 3-16 business days from art approval.  Refer to individual product page on website for specific production schedule. 

Trademarks/Logo.Products and logos shown on website or in any printed material appear solely to illustrate the basic products and decorating capabilities and are not intended to suggest that the logos were designed by VisionsXtra Promotions or that the products with those specific logos are available to any purchaser without permission of the owners of the trademarked, copyrighted art or copy. VisionsXtra Promotions assumes no responsibility for determining ownership or claim to a trademark or logo.  These designs are not available for sale and do not imply endorsement or any product on the website or printed materials.  Logo bearing merchandise can only be purchase by or through the company to which the logos/symbols belong.

We accept all copy and other materials submitted by the customer for use by the factory are submitted in full compliance with all laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, etc. The factory accepts no liability for any infringements.

Imprint and product color variations may occur from the website to final product due to lighting and angle of photography. Imprint sizes given for products are approximate and can vary depending upon logos.
