Wendy Simons – Vice President of Sales
Wendy Simons, a promotional product industry veteran, joined the Visions/Awardcraft team in October of 2015. Visions/Awardcraft’s planned expansion and launch of VisionsXtra Promotions, led to the creation of Simons’ new position to be an integral leader of its sales and management team. She most recently held the position of VP of Sales and Marketing for International Merchandise Concepts (IMC). During her 17 year career at IMC, she held several titles in the sales and marketing areas, while leading both the domestic and international teams. Two of the promotions she orchestrated during that time were not only huge successes, but award winning campaigns. Her past experience and performance will be instrumental in the growth of VisionsXtra Promotions, while maintaining her position of Vice President of Sales with Visions/Awardcraft.

Heather Hoffman – Vice President of Inside Sales
Since joining the Company in 1997, Heather has held many positions in her 15 years with Visions/Awardcraft. Her initial position as receptionist gave her the opportunity to get to know the product, industry and customers leading her naturally into a role in customer service. In 2006, she was promoted to Customer Service Manager where she oversees all the departments operations and supervises the team. Additionally, Heather is involved with various marketing issues such as tradeshows and catalogs and will be integral in the growth of VisionsXtra Promotions.
